What a time to have launched our all-new edie Membership offering! Myself and the editorial team have just landed back in the UK from the COP28 climate summit – and, whilst an agreement to ‘phase out’ sits on a knife edge, what was abundantly clear from being there first-hand is that it’s ‘now or never’ for businesses to drive sustainable change at the scale and pace required.
edie Membership is about turning those global climate ambitions into local sustainability actions. Our brand-new Sustainable Business Tracker Report serves to highlight just how much corporate action is planned for the first few months of 2024, albeit against an immensely challenging backdrop.
The next month or so is all about regrouping, reflecting and reconnecting as a community to discuss how our network of 125+ members plan to make 2024 the year of transformation. We’ll be meeting up virtually tomorrow (12.12.23) to reflect on the outcomes of COP28, before convening in person for our live “Year Ahead” Breakfast Briefing in London.
